  Having not driven for almost 4years (& my 70th birthday fast approaching) I was very nervous about both buying & driving a used car again! I went to Ray Bird Cars & on 1/8/17 became the proud owner of a lovely little used "Yaris" which I am thrilled to bits with! I needn't have worried, Mr Bird (Ray) was so understanding, kind & patient. There was no "sales pressure", just helpfulness & good advise. He couldn't have done enough for me, & nothing was too much trouble for him. He always did WHAT he said he would & WHEN he said he would! He gave me 3months warranty, 12months MOT & taxed the vehicle (on my behalf) & even about three quarters of a tank of petrol thrown in! all I had to do was pay for it & drive it away! He was very honest & genuine- a perfect gentleman, & not the "typical used car salesman" at all! I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a quality used car to go & see him, in fact Stewart ( my husband) has already said that when he needs to replace his Volvo "mobile dog kennel" estate he would have no hesitation in going to Ray Bird Car Sales Thank you so much Ray Janice Ainsworth
