  Terrible customer service. Stood at the till, holding goods that I wanted to buy, for at least 10 minutes a couple of Saturdays ago. No member of staff behind the counter. Someone in the back room, who looked like they were probably preparing stuff to send out by post looked at me at least 3 times, but never got up to serve me, or even ask If I was being served. Surely you serve the people standing at the counter, and do the mail order stuff when the shop is empty ? Wasn't even as if they would have being able to go in the post that day as was Saturday PM. If other place sold the County kit, I would go elsewhere.
